Kristy Dean's Story
"Pebbles"
He shivered at the thought of never returning to Earth. Matt Cruse slowly wondered towards the small village and he saw a small purple creature. It was as small as a mouse. He continued and finally the smoke rose around him. He had reached the village.
Suddenly, a tiny green man, (what looked like an alien) approached him. He started babbling a strange language at him. He had heard nothing like it before. As if on cue, a cage just big enough for him dropped over his head.
Matt knew the aliens, (as he called them) saw him as a threat, all though there were not. Matt tried to reason with them “I’m just stranded here and I need help to get back to earth!” He felt it was useless, but it was not. The alien spoke in a deep voice. “I am the leader around here,” he paused “and since we see you as a threat to the environment here, we may not let you go back to earth.”
“But you need to let me go back to earth or else I will die here.” Matt said helplessly.
“Well, you may go back on certain conditions.” Stated the alien.
Matt let out a sigh of relief and said “What are the conditions?”
“You must prove to us that you are not a threat, by helping us.”
Matt was released from his cage and he started to help. He groomed the purple creature he had met before, he was named Pebbles and was the aliens most prized possession. He caught squigglebugs from the bushes, and he swept the entire planet!
He ran out of work to do, so he asked the alien leader what he should do next?
The alien leader, named Muckly said nothing and signaled Matt to follow him. They stopped at the edge of Jello (which was a square planet.) There was a HUGE slingshot aimed towards earth!
“Hop on!” Muckly said as shoved Matt Cruse on.” Also you must do your part to stop global warming while on earth. Take Pebbles he will help you clean up the earth. He eats garbage and processes into whatever you need!” “BYE!” they all shouted and in a flash Matt was gone.
