"The Unexpected Visitor"

Once the villagers saw the airship crash they ran over to the scene.  Suddenly a king, wearing a royal leather coat and a sparkling crown, stepped out in front of him.  Then he noticed the most beautiful woman, perhaps the princess, standing by the king.

“Who are you, why are you here?”  spoke the king.

“I am Matt Cruse, I ran out of gas and had to land here, but my ship is now busted.  Perhaps I could stay here for night?”  the guest spoke very politely.

“I suppose you could, but just for tonight,”  replied the King, not liking the way Matt was looking at his daughter.

Although Matt didn’t know anybody yet, he felt safe with them.  The king led the guest into a small room in the palace.

Mistakenly, the princess entered the wrong room, Matt’s room.  “Oh sorry, you’re the one whose ship broke down, right?”

“Yeah!”

Princess Mia and Matt got to know each other very well.  They had been talking all night when finally Mia went back to her room.

Since the King wanted Matt gone, he ordered his men to finish repairing the ship, so Matt could go home.  Matt sat in the ship looking for Mia.  She was at the back.  As he jumped out of his ship he ran to Mia.  “It’s ok to be different, Matt,”  “Everyone, I think that it would be best if I stayed here”.  Matt announced just after the crowd of people went silent Matt thought, what if the people don’t like me?  Then the crowd burst from silence to overly ecstatic cheering.

As for the king, he got annoyed with Matt and secretly stole his airship and sailed away.  Someone had to take over, so Mia and Matt got married and ruled the land.
